If you wish to  purchase  individual issues, you can buy up collections for cheap on eBay. There is a glut of Batman comics from 1988 - 1995 available, and you can usually get those for less than 10 cents each if you buy $30 or more worth.

It depends on the individual series, of which there are many for Batman, but most titles from that period can be had for dirt cheap
